Learning and Research is a Skill in Black Geyser: Courirers of Darkness. Skills are talents that determine how proficient your character is at performing and passing different tasks, skills are usually categorized into certain groups such as General Skills which is available to all Races or Classes, as well as Class-Spcific skills that are exclusive to a class that you have chosen, as well as Weapon Skills that are tied to the many Weapon categories in the game.

Offers the ability to read various texts, scrolls, and recipes. Scrolls can then be cast or recorded into spellbooks, while recipes can be learned and added to the Compendium.
